What should I expect during the selection process?

Candidates will usually be taken through an efficient process that we have built to match the right people with our organisation. We strive for an inclusive work environment where everyone can reach their full potential, so if you require any adjustments to our recruitment process, please let us know by contacting careers@czarnikow.com.

How do I know which team I should apply to work with or what if there are no vacancies for my particular skills?

We know that CZ has a lot of different roles to offer and some of the terminology may not be familiar, so if you are unsure what the different departments do – please reach out to our recruitment team via the contact form or review our website for more information.

Alternatively, if you are unsure where at CZ we would want to apply your specific skills set, send us you covering letter and CV and one of our dedicated recruitment team will take a look.

What is the dress code?

We suggest you consider wearing something that is professional, appropriate and gives a strong first impression. While we aren’t a suits and ties organisation, but collared shirts are commonplace.

What should I be aware of before my interview?

We find candidates benefit from doing some research on CZ and what we do ahead of their interview so that we can answer any questions you may have.

What should I do if I cannot find a job that matches my skills?

Even if you can’t see a vacancy posted, we are always looking for dynamic individuals with a passion for supply chain management. Send us your CV and we’ll be in touch when a role arrives that matches your skills.

Will I be informed if I am unsuccessful?

Yes, we always let candidates know the outcome of our selection process regardless of the outcome. We will contact you via email or phone call to let you know as soon as possible. You don’t need to contact us to ask as we will be in touch.

What’s important when applying to CZ?

Do you run internships?

Yes, we do. Our Interns form an integral part of our team, and we recruit for these roles annually. Internships are an ideal way for you to gain industrial and business experience in a commercially driven environment. It’s also an opportunity for you to see CZ as a potential future employer and for CZ to assess your capabilities and fit for future opportunities.
